Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.
Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the deep tissue during the session.
Commonly used for neck and shoulders, this specialized service attends to 1 or 2 specifac areas of the body based on where you the client are feeling the most discomfort or what you would find the most relaxing.

On your 7th visit for a service of 90 minutes you will be eligible to receive a 90 minute Swedish for 75% 0ff plus a complimentary foot scrub - that means you pay just $21.25 total. That's greater value than 10% back on seven 90min sessions! I am doing this, not only because I appreciate your loyalty and want to support those who support me, but because I genuinely care about your wellness.
After your first service I will offer you refferal cards to give to anyone you believe could use a massage (FYI that's everybody).
The offer applies to both the giver and recipient, so once your referral completes their service you will also become eligible to redeem the $45/60 minute offer. You will be offered this special every time one of your referrals comes for a session with your name thier card. If you bring me 3 people I will give 50% off a 60 minute session, and if you bring 10 or more people to my business I will give you a FREE 60 minute session. 
BONUS: Because your wellness matters to me, I am allowing your intial discounted referral massage to be applied as a single punch on your MetaRewards loyalty card (program normally exclusive to menu priced 90 minute sessions). Its a well known rule of business to never pair discounts, but I honestly want you to feel good and I am comitted to supporting those who support me! To reiterate, you can receive as many referral specials as referrals you successfully bring to me, but the $45/60min session can only be applied to your MetaRewards loyalty card one time.
